Hi! I'm Jess, creator of Sea Kiss, and I'm so glad you're here!

In addition to my jewelry shop Shimmer by Sea Kiss, and my online apparel and accessories shop SeaKiss.shop, I am also starting a Youtube channel called Sea Kiss Spirit (coming soon!). That's where I will get my "woo" on.

Here's my story..

In the midst of busting my butt on a 90' commercial fishing boat and becoming its Captain, and through getting married and having a baby, buying a house, and losing my little brother Tom, I also had a spiritual awakening. 

 

It began when my roommate at the time did Reiki for me at a party. I had some knee pain and the Reiki not only fixed my knee but it made me start crying out of nowhere. Intrigued, I began training in Usui Reiki in 2010 with a wonderful teacher Vi Bobola, and received my Master certificate in December 2012. During that time, I awakened to the world of spirituality and to my intuitive gifts. Reiki attunements gave me glimpses beyond the veil, such as an experience of seeing the bright light of an Archangel with my eyes closed, and another of hearing Native American music during an Earth healing group Reiki session. 

 

In exploring my spirituality, I began channeling messages sporadically around 2014. Life happened and I went through a divorce, a couple of tumultuous relationships, and a chaotic and lengthy experience building my own house (still in progress). In the last couple of years I have found myself delving back into my spiritual side in new and deeper ways, coinciding with the rapidly accelerating energetic changes affecting the Earth. With some career changes recently, I have found a new desire to share this side of myself and hope to serve others with healing and messages to uplift. I live in New England, USA.

 

My Services

To begin this new endeavor, I am offering remote/distance Reiki healing, personalized 1-3 question typed readings with your Spirit Guides, as well as free channeled messages and healing on my Youtube channel (coming soon).

 

About Reiki

Reiki is a healing modality originating in Japan. The name comes from the words “Rei” - God/Source/Spirit/Universe, and “Ki” - Life force energy (similar to Chi or Prana). The practitioner, who undergoes a series of activations or “attunements,”  serves as a conduit for the energy to flow from Source/God through their hands and into your body. Thus, none of their personal energy is interjected into the healing. The energy carries the Divine Intelligence and Unconditional Love of Source/God and within it there is no judgement, only pure Love. It is compatible with all religions and beliefs, and you do not have to believe in it or understand it for it to work. Sometimes when I practice Reiki I am able to intuitively tune into and communicate with the body/Soul of the client and gather some guidance or information that it wishes to share with them. If I am able to, I will share that with you.

 

As humans, we store unprocessed emotions and traumas literally within the body, just like the phrase, “bottling up your feelings.” These stuck emotions can cause all sorts of physical symptoms, pains, and disease. Reiki primarily works by freeing these stuck emotions. It works on your body where you need it automatically, and I can also help direct its attention to any concerns you may have.

 

It is not unusual to experience a range of sensations such as heat, cold, chills, sudden brief pains, or even spontaneous crying as the emotional energy is released. Be assured that Reiki can not harm you in any way. You may also feel nothing at all. This is not an indication that the Reiki did not work or did not reach you, and as with all spiritual endeavors, a certain level of trust and faith is required that all is as it should be.

 

The effects may be subtle, show up with a delay, or you may not recognize them when they do occur. Sometimes people doubt the experiences they have and dismiss them. Sometimes the effect may be a removal or addition of something that you just don’t notice right away, like remaining calm around something that usually sets you off, or you notice you haven’t bitten your nails in a few days or another nervous habit.  Sometimes healing occurs in layers and you may notice that your back pain, for example, gets a little bit less each time. Sometimes there may just be a pleasant, peaceful feeling that you experience for a while.

 

I have done Reiki on big, burly fishermen who did not believe in it and thought it was silly and weird, only to see a look of surprise on their face when they felt an effect - one thought I had put a hidden heating pad on his back and couldn’t believe it was nothing but my hands, which were not touching him. Another man got a shooting pain through his hip and back and his whole body jerked forward suddenly - but his back pain was gone when the session was finished. Another who was feeling sick was surprised that he felt much better after a quick session. A young woman had an aching back pain she had been having out of nowhere, and during the Reiki session I received a message that something traumatic had happened to her and she should go speak to her mother about it for support. She did, her back pain went away, and her mother thanked me for sending her. Reiki is truly amazing, and anything is possible. My advice is to just stay open to all possibilities without expectations.

 

Reiki Bookings

Long distance/remote Reiki sessions are administered in 3-day sets of varying lengths, guided by your needs as I perceive them. You do not have to be aware or present with me physically or on video to receive the Reiki, I send it out and it is delivered to you ethereally when the time is right for you to receive it. You can even set aside some quiet time and ask Spirit/God for the Reiki to be delivered then.

 

To book a distance Reiki session, please click the Reiki box below and fill in your full name, email address, and the address where you actually live, which is necessary to direct the Reiki to the right person. In the second comment box, please write a short explanation of why you’re seeking Reiki and what you wish to be worked on, whether it is a physical ailment or discomfort, emotion, or mental pattern. Or, if you wish to leave it up to your Soul and/or God/Source, just write something like, “Whatever is needed for my highest and best good.” I will send you a confirmation email when your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd sessions have been completed, along with any intuitive information I may have received during your sessions.

 

Readings

I am also providing intuitive readings for your personal growth. I connect to your Spirit Team to bring through messages of healing and upliftment to guide you on your life’s journey.

 

At present, the way that I channel is through automatic typing, by connecting to your personal Spirit Team, which may consist of any combination of your Higher Self/Soul, Angels and Archangels, Ascended Masters, benevolent Galactics or other higher dimensional beings of Light, Ancestors, or family and friends who have passed. These beings usually present as a group and I am not usually able to individuate among them (to speak directly to a loved one, for example), but if there is a certain person you wish to connect with I can certainly try. The purpose of a reading with me is for healing, personal growth, guidance with your life path or issues you may be having, and other general topics. I haven’t yet expanded into the realm of mediumship, or communicating with individual loved ones who have passed, but I am always working to expand and hone my skills and may offer this in the future. I also am not a psychic, and can’t see the future.

 

Readings are structured and priced as 1-3 questions or topics. When your reading is complete, usually within 3-5 days depending on my schedule, I will email you the typed text of your personal channeled message, and any additional commentary or observations of my own that I felt would be helpful to include. Follow-up questions may be sent by replying to my email, but if it necessitates another channeling session, I would ask that you submit an additional energy exchange for my time via the payment link in the email. I also would love to receive a reply with your honest (tactful) feedback, letting me know if the reading was relatable and hit home for you, or not, and why. This helps me to learn and improve. My ultimate goal is to help people, and I want to be as helpful as possible.

In the second comment box, please write your question(s) in a clear numbered format. Background information is not really needed as your Spirit Team will know what you’re talking about. Payment

As do many other practitioners, I believe that an exchange of energy must occur to bring balance when providing any type of service. I provide my time, effort, and expertise and I have bills to pay too. Money is a form of energy and is the most efficient way to achieve this balance. However, I accept payment on a tiered scale depending on your ability, as I consider this to be the new way forward. I trust the Universe to work it all out.
